Dominic is a Director and Head of Corporate Services at CSC in the Channel Islands. Trained with a “Big 4” accountancy firm, Dominic is a qualified accountant (FCCA), and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI), for which he also sits on the board of the local branch.
Dominic has 20+ years’ experience in the financial services industry. He has held senior leadership positions in global fund and corporate services providers, with a particular focus on institutional and fund client investment structures. Dominic is a principal person - approved for holding regulated board positions in Jersey, and has board experience on various financial services operating companies including the board of a fund trustee & custodian with over $10bn of assets under custody, client investment entities across multiple asset classes, fund and fund manager companies, and local non-profit / charitable organisations with a particular focus on business education.
